Hey everyone! I’m looking for some help with Dynamics NAV 2009. We want to connect our online store to Navision but I’m not really a Navision expert. I know you can set up web services in NAV 2009 but that seems pretty complicated.
I’m wondering if there are any pre-made web service solutions out there for NAV 2009. Something that’s quick to set up and could work for different clients would be ideal. Has anyone used anything like this before? Or do you have any suggestions for an easier way to integrate NAV with e-commerce?
I’d really appreciate any advice or experiences you can share. Thanks in advance for your help!
hey man i did work with nav 2009 a while back.
pre-made web services are scarce so you gotta customize or try a third party integration soluton.
its a bit messy but worth a try.
best wishes for your projcet!
I’ve worked extensively with NAV 2009 integrations. Unfortunately, there aren’t many pre-configured web services specifically for e-commerce. Your best bet is likely to either develop custom web services or look into third-party middleware solutions that can bridge the gap between NAV and your online store. These middleware options often provide pre-built connectors and can simplify the integration process. Keep in mind that NAV 2009 is quite old now, so finding modern, out-of-the-box solutions may be challenging. You might want to consider upgrading to a newer version of Dynamics if possible, as it could open up more integration possibilities and smoother e-commerce connectivity.
