I’m a bit worried about an order I placed recently. It’s been a while, but I haven’t received any emails about it. No order confirmation, no shipping notification, nothing at all.
I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Could it be a problem with their system? I really want to make sure my order is actually on its way.
Has anyone had success contacting customer service about similar issues? I’m not sure if I should wait longer or if I need to reach out to them.

Sometimes the order status shows up there even if the emails are being wonky. Also, how long has it been since you placed the order? Some places can take a few days to process things, especially if it’s a busy season.
