Issues with Payment Authorization

I successfully logged in and submitted my credit card details, but now I’m stuck on a screen that displays a ‘payment processing’ message. It has been approximately two minutes without any progress. Is this delay a normal part of the process, or should I be concerned that something is not functioning correctly?
