Issue with Payment Processing on ECFMG Pathways

I’m facing a problem while completing a payment for ECFMG Pathways.

The payment process fails with a message that some vital details are either missing or entered incorrectly. Specifically, it reports:

  • Error: Invalid Merchant or Merchant does not exist!

I haven’t been able to resolve this issue on my own. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem or found a solution?
