Hey everyone! I’m new to automation and could use some help. I run an online store and want to streamline our daily tasks.
I’m trying to figure out how to:
- Automatically collect daily sales data by SKU from Shopify and Amazon
- Gather ad spend info from Facebook and Google
- Put all this data into a Google Sheet
Also, I’d love to automate our Facebook comment management. Right now, we manually respond, hide, or delete comments.
Does anyone have experience with this kind of automation? What tools or methods would you recommend for a beginner? I’m excited to learn but not sure where to start.

For the sales data collection, I think you can set up zaps to pull info from Shopify and Amazon into Google Sheets automatically. Not 100% sure about the ad spend part though - anyone else know if that’s doable with Zapier?
