Hey everyone, I’m new to the e-commerce game and I’ve been trying out Meta ads for my store. So far, I’m getting clicks but no sales. I’m wondering if it’s just because I’m still figuring things out or if Meta ads aren’t as good as they used to be.
I’ve seen a lot of posts here saying ad performance keeps getting worse. It’s making me think twice about using Meta ads. Should I keep trying or is it a waste of money?
If Meta ads aren’t the best option anymore, what should I be using instead? I’m open to suggestions. I really want to get my store off the ground, but I don’t want to throw money away on ads that don’t work.
Has anyone had success with other platforms or strategies for a brand new online store? I’d love to hear about your experiences. Thanks in advance for any advice!
Meta ads can still be effective, but they’re not a magic bullet. As a new store, you’re facing an uphill battle. It’s not just about the platform, but also your targeting, ad creatives, and most importantly, your product and website.
I’ve found success by starting small and testing extensively. Don’t blow your budget on one big campaign. Instead, run multiple small tests to see what resonates with your audience. Also, make sure your website is optimized for conversions. The best ads won’t help if your site isn’t user-friendly.
Consider diversifying your marketing mix. Google Ads can be great for capturing intent, and influencer partnerships might work well depending on your niche. Email marketing is often overlooked but can be incredibly cost-effective.
Remember, it takes time to build traction. Don’t get discouraged if you don’t see immediate results. Keep refining your approach and stay patient.
Hey there! I’m curious about your experience so far. Have you tried tweaking your targeting or ad creatives at all? Sometimes it’s the little adjustments that make a big difference.
I’m wondering, what kind of products are you selling? Different niches can perform really differently on various platforms. Have you considered exploring TikTok ads? I’ve heard some buzz about them being pretty good for certain types of products, especially if you’re targeting a younger crowd.
Also, how’s your website looking? Sometimes it’s not the ads themselves, but the landing page that needs a bit of love. Have you asked friends or family to test out your site and give honest feedback?
Oh, and speaking of honest feedback - have you thought about joining some e-commerce Facebook groups? They can be goldmines for advice and support from people who’ve been in your shoes.
Keep us posted on how things go, yeah? It’s always interesting to hear about other folks’ journeys in this wild world of online selling!
meta ads can work, but are tricky. my experince has been mixed; try google ads or influencer collabs. sometimes it isnt the ads, its ur site landing page. stick with it, tinker with ur approach, and be patient.
