After a Long Wait for the Host Mounting Kit, Has Staccato Made Amends?

I received an email stating my host mounting kit shipped and will arrive tomorrow. This swift action partly compensates for the long delay and miscommunication over direct mounting.

Considering similar delays I experienced recently, it seems that staccato is striving to make improvements. Although waiting for the host mounting kit was unexpected, the prompt shipment is a promising sign that they are taking customer concerns seriously. I observed that such unexpected actions, even if minor, can indicate that the company is attempting to rebuild trust. It is worth monitoring further updates and responses from their support to see if this upward trend in service continues in the future.

Hey everyone, I just found this thread super intriguing! I’m really curious about whether this fresh push with the host mounting kit might be just the start of more changes at Staccato. It feels like they’re trying to make up for the past miscommunications with quick action, but what do y’all think? Do you reckon this will smoothly translate into improved support and reliability overall? I’m looking at it from different angles: on one hand, it’s a well-handled recovery, but on the other, is it enough to restore trust over time? What are your thoughts on balancing a single recovery effort against lingering past issues? Would love to hear more experiences and opinions!

i guess they r making a move, but im still a bit unsure if this quick fix goes far enough. more consistent updates would jst seal the deal, y’know? hopefully its not just a one-off and they keep pushin though.
