I placed my own order several weeks back and, like many, I expected at least some communication about delays. Instead, there has been a prolonged silence that leaves customers uncertain. This experience highlights the importance of proactive customer service and better stock management. The lack of clear updates only intensifies the frustration when waiting for a product that is highly anticipated. It seems more transparency from the company during these challenges would at least mitigate some of the uncertainty we all feel.

hey ppl, i also ordered mine ages ago and still no update, which is really disapointing. seems like they mismanaged the stock or somethng. i contacted support, but no luck so far. hopefully gettin some news soon.
