Hi everyone! I’m super excited to share that I’ve just started my own online store. It’s been a wild ride so far, but I realize there’s still so much to learn. I’m on the hunt for a really good, in-depth course that covers all the ins and outs of running an eCommerce business.
Has anyone taken a course they found particularly helpful? I’m looking for something that covers everything from setting up the store to marketing, inventory management, and customer service. Bonus points if it includes tips on scaling the business!
I’ve done some googling, but there are so many options out there. It would be great to hear from people who’ve actually put these courses into practice. Any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks in advance for your help!
hey steve, congrats on the new store! i took a course on udemy called ‘eCommerce mastery’ that was pretty solid. it covered alot of what youre looking for, especially the marketing stuff. the instructor was really engaging to. only downside is it doesnt go super deep into inventory management, but overall its worth checking out!

Have you considered checking out some free resources first, like YouTube channels or podcasts? I found those super helpful when I was starting out. There’s this one channel called ‘eCommerce Fuel’ that has tons of great content.
But if you’re set on a paid course, what’s your budget like? Some of the really comprehensive ones can be pretty pricey, but there are also some more affordable options that still pack a punch.
Oh, and have you thought about joining any eCommerce Facebook groups? Sometimes you can get great course recommendations there, plus it’s a great way to network with other store owners.
