I’ve encountered a problem with my order, as it was not completely fulfilled; specifically, a signed art card was missing. I reached out via email to both sales@tsprint.com.au and info@tsprint.com.au, but haven’t received any reply.

I have also experienced issues when ordering merchandise from Coldplay’s Australian store. In my situation, it was an item that was delayed without any notification. To resolve this, I tried reaching out multiple times via their provided emails without much luck. What eventually worked for me was reaching out through their official social media channels, like Twitter or Instagram, where I got a quicker response. If you haven’t tried that yet, it might be worth a shot as they seem more responsive there.
