I received individual emails confirming that my payment was both submitted and processed; however, there was no accompanying work order issued. It appears that there might be an internal mishap, as no work order details have reached me so far. Subsequently, I got an update stating that their finance notification system has been dealing with issues since last Friday. This has resulted in delays and alterations in the usual format, including missing attachments normally found with work order communications.
hey, im surprisd too. seems their notifcation system is a mess atm. i had similar issues in my area last week so it might be a tech snag. hang tight, they should sort it out soon.
