Our CBD e-commerce hit a snag when our large Instagram following vanished. Any tips?

Hey folks,

I’m in a bit of a pickle with my online CBD flower shop. We had this awesome Instagram account with 20k followers that was bringing in most of our customers. But then bam! Instagram shut us down without any heads up.

We’ve tried reaching out to them, but no luck so far. It’s really hurting our business.

Anyone been through something like this before? How’d you bounce back? We’re scrambling to find new ways to get people to our site.

If you’ve got any ideas on how to recover our account or drum up business elsewhere, I’m all ears!

Thanks for any help you can give!

I’ve been there, mate. Lost my vape shop’s Insta account last year. It’s rough, but not the end of the world. Here’s what worked for us:

First, diversify. We doubled down on our email list and started a blog with SEO-friendly content. Brought in decent traffic.

Then, we hit up YouTube. Made short, informative videos about CBD. Slower growth, but more stable than Insta.

Don’t forget offline. We partnered with local wellness shops, got our products in their stores. Word-of-mouth is golden in this biz.

Lastly, check out MeWe or Minds. They’re more lenient with CBD content. Not as big as Insta, but every bit helps.

Hang in there. It’s a setback, but you can bounce back stronger. Focus on building direct relationships with customers. That’s what really matters in the long run.

been there, dude. insta’s rough. try tiktok for fun vids and collab with wellness youtube peeps. also build ur email list & offer a discount - direct contact beats socials. you’ll bounce back in no time.

Oh man, that’s a tough break! I feel your pain - social media can be such a fickle beast sometimes. Have you thought about branching out to other platforms? TikTok could be an interesting one to explore for CBD content. I’ve seen some really creative short-form videos that educate people about CBD benefits without being too salesy.

What about collaborating with some wellness influencers or CBD reviewers on YouTube? They often have super engaged audiences who trust their recommendations. Could be a great way to get your products in front of new eyes.

I’m curious - have you tried building up an email list of customers? That direct connection can be gold when social accounts go poof. Maybe offer a discount code for signing up?

Hang in there! I bet you’ll find some cool new ways to connect with CBD enthusiasts. Keep us posted on what ends up working for you!
