Issue with ECFMG Payment Processing

I’m having trouble making a payment for ECFMG pathways. Every time I attempt to pay, I receive the message: ‘Some required information is missing or incorrect. Please correct the fields below and try again.’ The specific error states: ‘Invalid Merchant or Merchant doesn’t exist!’ Is this a common problem for others as well?

I encountered a similar issue a few months ago. It turned out to be a problem with the payment gateway that ECFMG was using at the time. They had technical glitches that affected several accounts. The solution for me was to clear the browser cache and try using a different browser. If that doesn’t work, contact ECFMG support directly. They were quite efficient in resolving my issue and provided a quick workaround. It’s often easier to manage these problems from their end.
