Is it worthwhile to transition from cashier duties to order fulfillment?

I’ve been offered an order fulfillment role. I enjoy a mobile workday but worry about later hours. How late have you worked, and would you recommend this switch?

Hi Liam, I’ve been mulling over something similar in my career, and I totally get where you’re coming from. Switching gears to order fulfillment definitely means stepping out of the routine you were used to, and yes, those shifting hours can catch you off guard sometimes. For me, the dynamic nature of the work and the chance to be on the move was a refreshing change, even if it did mean putting in some late nights now and then. I’m curious, what do you enjoy most about the mobility of your current role, and do you see that as balancing out the unpredictable schedule? Also, have you had a chance to talk to someone who made the switch recently to get their take on adapting over time? I’d love to hear more about your thoughts on balancing lifestyle preferences with work demands.
