Is customer support deliberately ineffective?

I was bounced between five different agents before someone actually resolved my issue. One of the representatives even communicated in a language I couldn’t understand, which only added to my confusion. At times, it felt like I was part of an elaborate prank instead of receiving genuine customer assistance.

lol i get it, its a wild maze of mishaps. not sure if its delibritely stupid or just messy management u know? sucks gettin lost in their crap tho.
