I’m getting worried about a package I ordered on February 28, 2025. It’s being shipped through DHL eCommerce, but the tracking info is driving me nuts! It’s been showing ‘awaiting shipment’ status in Latvia forever. The last update just says it’s on its way to DHL eCommerce or waiting to be processed.
This is taking way longer than I expected. I’m not sure if it’s actually moving or if it’s still with the sender. Maybe it got lost? Or it’s just sitting in some warehouse?
Has anyone dealt with something like this before? I’m not sure what to do next. Should I contact DHL? Or the seller? Any tips would be super helpful!

I’m curious, what did you order? Is it something you need urgently? If not, maybe give it a few more days before panicking. International shipping can be so unpredictable!

hey, ive seen similar dhl ecommerce delays. best to contact the seller first so they can get details and possibly claim a delay. if that doesnt help, try reaching out to dhl cusomter service. sometimes packages get held in customs transit hubs. hope it sorts soon!
